Damien is a Senior Business Development Manager and the Tasmania State Lead at Rapid Circle, where he helps organisations turn their Microsoft AI, Copilot and digital workplace investments into real business results. His work centres on helping executives simplify operations, lift productivity and accelerate growth through practical, enterprise‑ready AI adoption.
Damien’s background is a mix of technical depth and commercial leadership: comfortable moving between conversations with CIOs, non‑technical stakeholders and hands‑on technical teams, translating business goals into clear solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Damien began his IT career in Unified Communications and the Microsoft Modern Workplace, earning his Microsoft Certified Master qualification in 2012. Since then, he’s built deep expertise in Teams Calling, hybrid collaboration and meeting room innovation.
In recent years, Damien’s focus has shifted toward Microsoft Copilot, AI agents built with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, and modern customer engagement with Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This is where unified communications, Power Platform automation and next‑generation AI workflows come together to reshape how organisations work and communicate.
Damien specialises in spotting opportunities where AI, automation and modern collaboration can reduce cost, improve customer experience and streamline service operations. That might mean boosting adoption of Copilot Chat, deploying M365 Copilot at scale, building agent‑driven workflows or modernising communications and contact centre environments with Dynamics 365.
In Tasmania, Damien’s goal is to build long‑term partnerships and establish Rapid Circle as the trusted Microsoft AI partner for government and enterprise. He works closely with Microsoft account teams, business leaders and public sector agencies to design transformation programs that deliver measurable value.
